音乐是艺术文化的重要组成部分，为了促进音乐的发展，鼓励更多的人追求音乐，并为优秀的音乐家们提供一个互相交流的平台，而举办的马耳他国际音乐比赛每年都吸引了很多有天赋的青年艺术家。如今，2015年马耳他国际音乐比赛又到来了，感兴趣的朋友可以报名参加。
比赛报名时间
据了解，本次比赛开放了钢琴、小提琴、吉他、中提琴、任何管弦乐器的室内乐组合(有无钢琴均可，包括吉他合奏以及钢琴四手联弹，2-5名成员)等多个比赛项目。马耳他国际音乐比赛将于2015年7月27日至7月31日在马耳他，瓦莱塔举行，不限国籍。有意向参加的选手请于2015年4月1日前报名，(此日期之后仍可报名，但须另外缴纳滞纳费)。
备注：报名资料需要至少5-10个工作日通过国际快递到达境外组委会进行审核，建议选手提前15个工作日报送资料到中国华夏文化集团兰乔圣菲文化传播，以免延误。
参赛要求：
本次比赛只面向7至33岁的音乐家开放，为了比赛的公平公正，大赛将按照年龄分为以下组别(除吉他)：
青少年组I：7-12岁
青少年年组II：13-17岁
成年组：18-33岁
吉他：
青少年组(仅有一轮比赛)：13岁及以下
中级组：14-17岁
成人组：18岁及以上
参赛曲目：
Category I (Age 7-12) - Free program of 2 different style periods and duration of 5-12 minutes.(Guitar Solo-see below.)
Category II (Age 13-17) - Free program of 2 different style periods and duration of 12-20 minutes (solo | chamber musics).(Guitar Solo-see below.)
All solo compositions (except the contemporary compositions proposed by the MIMC) have to be performed from memory. Competitors in all categories must supply their own accompanist. MIMC can provide an accompanist for a charge of 50 EUR. The repertoire has to be originally written for instruments, transcriptions must be approved by the management before competition starts.
Violin Solo (without an accompaniment) – Adult Category (Age 18-33)
First round
two contrasting movements or Chaconne from Sonatas and Partitas for Violin Solo by J.S.Bach.
a Caprice for Violin Solo by N.Paganini.
Second round
a complete composition originally written for Violin Solo (B.Bartok, E.Ysaye, E.Bloch etc). At least one complete composition must be performed in this round. It is not permitted to select any of the compositions from the previous round.
The composition for Violin Solo by Prof. John M. Kennedy (USA) is proposed to perform in this round (requesting the score, please contact anytime at vfimfestival@gmail.com) This work is not a compulsory piece.
Final
The Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.
Piano Solo – Adult Category (Age 18-33)
First round (a time frame of minimum 20 minutes and maximum 35 minutes)
One prelude and fugue from Well-Tempered Clavier of Bach ( Book 1 or 2).
One or two studies of Chopin, Liszt, Rachmaninov, Debussy, Stravinsky, Bartok or Ligetti.
One complete classical sonata of Mozart, Haydn or Beethoven.
Second round (a program of approximately half an hour).
The program must include at least three compositions(must include one complete composition).
One composition of romantic period.
One composition or movement composed after 1920.
The compositions for piano(not compulsory) by Dr. Daniel Andres(Switzerland) or by Dr. John Galea (Malta). For the score, please contact us anytime on vfimfestival@gmail.com This work is not a compulsory composition.
Final
The Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.
Chamber Music – Adult Category (Age 18-33) – from 2 to 5 of any orchestral instruments, including saxophone, guitar and piano ensemble-Four Hands
First round (a time frame of minimum 20 minutes and maximum 35 minutes)
a movement or a composition, composed after 1920.
movements/compositions of at least 2 different style periods (baroque, early classic, classic, early romantic, impressionism/expressionism). One of the works to be performed in the first round must be a movement or movements of a multi-movement composition, approx. 15 minutes.
Second round (a program of approximately half an hour).
The program must include a complete composition. It is not permitted to select any compositions from the previous round.
Final
The Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.
Guitar Solo (without an accompaniment)
Guitar – Youth Category (13 years old and younger)
One round, only
one etude by any composer originally written for Classical Guitar.
Guitar – Intermediate Category (from 14 to 17 years old)
First round
one etude by any of the following composers: Aguardo, Carcassi, Sor, Guliani.
composition of choice (one movement from any multiple movement work).
Second round
a complete multi-movement composition of choice.
Final
the Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.
Guitar – Adult Category (18 years and older)
First round
any one of the Villa-Lobos Etudes.
composition of choice (one movement from any multiple movement work).
Second round
a complete multi-movement composition of choice.
Final
the Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.
Viola Solo (without an accompaniment) – Adult Category (Age 18-33)
First round
two contrasting movements from the Sonatas & Partitas or from the Six Suites by J.S.Bach.
a Caprice for Violin Solo or Etude of choice: Fr. Hoffmeister, N. Paganini, B. Campagnoli.
Second round
a complete composition originally written for Viola Solo (complete composition): G. Ligeti, P. Hindemith. It is not permitted to select any of the compositions from the previous round.
The composition for Viola Solo contemporary composition of choice written after 1980 (max 10 minutes).
Final
The Jury will chose works from the first and second rounds to be performed in the Final.

小提琴特别奖：授予John M. Kennedy教授现代作品的最佳演绎者，将获得证书和由北京巴迪雅珠宝有限公司提供的施华洛世奇珠宝礼物一份
钢琴特别奖：授予John Galea现代作品的最佳演绎者，将获得证书以及价值200欧元的礼物
钢琴特别奖：授予Daniel Andres 现代作品的最佳演绎者，将获得证书和瑞士的独奏会机会(旅行费用以及住宿将由组委会的瑞士合作方提供)
吉他特别奖：证书和一把手工制作的价值200欧元的乌克丽丽
特别奖——证书和礼物(总价值约250欧元)，奖给马耳他最有潜力的独奏者
所有选手都可以在发出要求的情况下获得一份参与证书
