为了提升管乐器和打击乐器的音乐地位，吸引更多的观众观看打击乐及管乐器的演奏，鼓励年轻人投入到管乐器及打击乐器的演奏中，帮助她们提高专业技巧，而特此设立的俄罗斯莫斯科柴可夫斯基音乐学院国际音乐比赛已经成功的举办了6届了，如今，第7届比赛已经启动，感兴趣的朋友可以报名参赛。
柴可夫斯基音乐学院国际音乐比赛
比赛报名时间
本届比赛的项目为双簧管和法国圆号，将于2015年11月6日至14日在俄罗斯的莫斯科举行。有意参赛的朋友请于2015年9月1日之前报名参赛，申请人必须出生于1982年11月7日-1999年11月6日之间，国籍不限。
备注：报名资料需要至少5-10个工作日通过国际快递到达境外组委会进行审核，建议选手提前15个工作日报送资料到中国华夏文化集团兰乔圣菲文化传播，以免延误。

The Competition Program
Oboe
First Round: all pieces shall be performed by heart
1. Georg Philipp Telemann. Fantaisie No. 10 F-sharp minor for solo flute
2. Pierre Sancan. Sonatina for oboe and piano
Second Round: all pieces, except the one composed specifically for the Competition, shall be performed by heart
1. One of the following pieces (optional):
a) Johann Wenzel Kalliwoda. Morceau de salon for oboe and piano, op. 228
b) Amilcare Ponchielli. Capriccio for oboe and piano
c) Antonino Pasculli. Recordo di Napoli, a piece for oboe and piano
2. The piece for solo oboe composed specifically for the Competition
3. Henri Dutilleux. Sonata for oboe and piano (1947)
Third Round
1. W. A. Mozart. Concerto C major for oboe and orchestra, KV314 (competitor’s cadenzas): to be performed by heart
2. Andrey Rubtsov. Concerto for oboe and chamber orchestra (2003): may be performed from music
French horn
First Round: all pieces shall be performed by heart
1. Francesco Antonio Rosetti. Concerto E-flat major for French horn and chamber orchestra (ca 1780): 1st movement (competitor’s cadenza). — The score of the concerto may be purchased here.
2. Vitaly Buyanovsky. Spain, a piece for solo French horn
Second Round
1. Carl Maria von Weber. Concertino E minor for French horn and orchestra, J188 (op. 45): to be performed by heart
2. One of the following pieces (optional) — may be performed from music:
a) Vissarion Shebalin. Concertino C minor for French horn and small orchestra, op. 14/2 (1933)
b) Aleksandr Arutiunian. Concerto for French horn and orchestra (1962)
c) Vladimir Tsybin. Concerto E-flat major for French horn and orchestra (1948)
3. The piece for solo French horn composed specifically for the Competition: to be performed from music
Third Round
1. Joseph Haydn. Concerto No. 1 D major for French horn and orchestra, Hob. VIId:4: to be performed by heart
2. Reinhold Glière. Concerto for French horn and orchestra (1950): may be performed from music
The Third Round of the Competition between the French horn players will consist of two parts. During the first part, all the finalists will perform Haydn's Concerto, and during the second one all of them will perform Glière's Concerto.
奖项设置：
一等奖——250，000俄罗斯卢布，以及大赛获奖头衔
二等奖——175，000俄罗斯卢布，以及大赛获奖头衔
三等奖——100，000 俄罗斯卢布，以及大赛获奖头衔
备注： 奖金的支付会扣除所需上缴的所得税(按照俄罗斯境内税率)
